Global Compensation Director - Strategic Pay & Rewards
Greater Giving, Inc.
Greater Giving, Inc. is looking for a Compensation Manager based in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will lead global compensation projects, manage HRIS compensation systems, and work towards ensuring market competitiveness in compensation packages. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or HR with seven to ten years of experience in compensation management, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Oracle and Excel.
