Collections Specialist

Collections Specialist – Contact Center (Onsite) – Fort Worth, TX | Bilingual Preferred (Not Required) | Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends | No Second Shift Credit Systems International, Inc. is seeking motivated, solutions-oriented Collections Specialists to join our onsite Contact Center team in Fort Worth, TX. This position supports customers with delinquent accounts while maintaining strict adherence to applicable federal, state, and client requirements. Compensation $17–$19/hour (based on experience) Uncapped performance-based bonus (per plan guidelines) Attendance Bonus (per plan guidelines) Key Responsibilities Contact consumers regarding delinquent accounts and work to resolve balances in a professional, compliant manner Identify reasons for delinquency and determine appropriate resolution options Negotiate payment arrangements within company/client guidelines Accurately document account activity and consumer interactions in the collection system Utilize a Windows-based collections database and related tools Maintain performance standards, productivity expectations, and quality requirements Maintain working knowledge of and follow applicable laws and regulations, including FDCPA and FCRA, as well as company policies and procedures Complete additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Authorized to work in the United States Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven contact center environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Minimum typing speed of 35+ WPM Reliable attendance and punctuality Goal-oriented and professional demeanor Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish/English) 1+ year of customer service and/or collections experience Compensation and Benefits Competitive base hourly rate Uncapped bonus opportunities based on fees collected (per plan guidelines) Attendance Bonus (per plan guidelines) Monthly Time and Attendance Bonus (per plan guidelines) Paid time off, holidays, and other leave benefits per company policy Benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance, FSA/DCA 401(k) Wellness Program Company-sponsored discount programs Positive, team-oriented work environment Company casual dress code To apply: Submit your resume today.
