Opportunities in Dover & Exeter. We are currently seeking LPNs for facility staffing opportunities in Dover and Exeter, New Hampshire .

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients and residents in a facility setting

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within your scope of practice

• Monitor patients for changes in condition and communicate concerns to the appropriate members of the care team

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Assist with assessments and contribute to individualized plans of care

• Communicate effectively with RNs, LNAs, providers, patients, residents, and families

• Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of care

• Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable nursing standards

• Active New Hampshire LPN license

• Previous facility, long-term care, rehabilitation, or similar healthcare experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail

• Dependable, professional, and compassionate approach to patient care

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to adapt quickly to different facility environments

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with the broader care team
