Able to work on medium-to-large strategic projects with minimal to no supervision, that involve dependencies across departments. Requires working knowledge on business methods, processes, requirements, and standards. Able to communicate with multiple project stakeholders including business owners, development, QA, marketing, and legal. This is a hybrid role in Duluth, GA. The salary range for this role is $65k - $75k. This role is not eligible for sponsorship.Responsibilities & QualificationsEssential Functions:Identifies key business requirements through various methods including interviews, end user feedback, technical support content, and requirements meetings.Documents business requirements in a suitable format that communicates the specific functionality developed for the project.Analyzes current state of the application and creates target state documentation including wireframe, process model (BPMN 2.0), and business rules etc.Works closely with the Design team to ensure that final UI is in adherence to the documented business requirements.Acts as liaison between business and IT, including Compliance, to obtain input and approval on all materials where appropriate.User Acceptance Testing - Creates and executes user acceptance test plans derived from BRD. Partners with business stakeholders. Instructs QA testers when necessary.Develops expertise in the tools and techniques required to produce documentation, training, and online help materials.Project status reporting / communication - Maintains up to date project status and distributes updates to stakeholders according to department standards.
