3rd Shift hours: 9pm -5am Sunday night start

Who you are:

Dependable above all else — your team knows they can count on you
Detail-oriented and proud of the quality you produce
A team player who'd rather win together than coast alone
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet through the shift
Machine operation experience is a plus, injection molding even better — but the right attitude beats the perfect experience. We'll teach you the rest.

What you'll do: Operate and monitor rubber molding equipment, keep an eye on quality, inspect and trim parts, and work alongside with your shift to hit production targets.

What we offer:

$20/hr to start + $2.00/hr shift premium for 3rd shift, with potential raises throughout first year, plus year end production bonus
Weekly paychecks and voluntary overtime when you want it
