Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapy license for Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in a school-based environment highly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with children, teachers, and families
• Deep understanding of pediatric therapeutic practices
• Commitment to culturally sensitive, inclusive therapy

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive OT services to students as outlined by IEPs and evaluation results
• Design and implement individualized and group interventions to enhance student participation in school activities
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student academic and functional abilities
• Maintain thorough, compliant reporting and documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
• Remain current with best practices, state, and federal regulations for school-based OT
