With a manageable schedule starting at 21 hours a week (spread across 2-3 days), there’s the exciting prospect to expand your role to five days a week throughout the year based on student needs and district growth.

What we’re seeking:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Pennsylvania
• Knowledge of school-based OT practices
• Experience (or strong interest) working with early childhood populations
• Familiarity with providing therapeutic services in educational settings
• Capable of securing required Pennsylvania clearances (or willing to obtain before start)
• Comfortable engaging in a virtual (Zoom) interview process
• Previous schools experience strongly preferred

In this role, you’ll:

• Deliver individualized and group OT services to preschool and elementary-aged students
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create effective intervention plans
• Complete assessments, documentation, and reports within required timelines
• Support classroom strategies to improve fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to positive learning outcomes for all students
• Adapt approaches to meet the unique needs of a diverse early childhood caseload
