ABOUT THE ROLE:
Jump into face‑to‑face sales across 62 client campaigns (telecoms, charities, sporting partners) at in‑market locations across Cincinnati and surrounding neighborhoods. You’ll receive structured morning and evening training, daily coaching, and hands‑on selling experience that builds confidence and accelerates career growth.

Requirements
• Recent college graduate (or equivalent) with a strong drive to learn and compete
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Quick to absorb coaching and eager to improve — retail/sales experience is a plus
Compensation
Benefits
• Base salary range: $36,000–$44,000 per year (depending on experience) + performance incentives
