Office Administrator/Bookeeper

  • Coordinate office operations, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
  • Provide administrative support to management.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Process contracts and pre-liens
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR) including processing monthly billing.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit cards.
  • Process payroll and maintain employee records.
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions in Quick Books.
  • Process Conditional and Unconditional lien releases
  • Handle COIs
