Project management for practitioner... Mandatory Skills:
Healthcare Payer Operations Federal and State Mandates Medi-Cal Medi-cad
Responsibilities:
- 6 + years of direct Project Management experience with healthcare payer operations
- Client Engagement / Interacting with Stakeholders experience is mandatory
- Candidate must have recent hands-on experience in project/program resource planning, reporting, prioritization, and budgeting with both on-shore and off-shore staff
- Experience leading projects and programs within and outside IT, as well as projects and programs that involve external providers
- Demonstrated ability in estimating, calculating, and reporting on financials
- Possess excellent communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills
- Optional Specific experience as it relates to required and desired skills
- Experience transitioning from Waterfall to Agile methodology
- MS Project, Planview, or similar project management tool
- MS Office Suite (MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)
- PMP preferred but not required; SAFe Scrum Master or CSM desired
- Implements Mandate projects to ensure BSC is compliant with regulations, laws, and national association requirements
