Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments during initial client meetings to evaluate psychological and emotional well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse group of clients ranging from adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges. This includes individuals grappling with anxiety disorders, depressive symptoms, substance abuse, trauma-related issues, and behavioral problems. Sensitivity to cultural differences and an understanding of specific community needs will be essential to fostering therapeutic alliances and achieving client-centered outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and patient interaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position falls within a competitive range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, accompanied by a signing bonus of $3,000.
