SDE Recruiter

Responsibilities Manage full lifecycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation Conduct in-depth candidate qualification calls to assess leadership experience, alignment, and readiness for executive-level roles Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines Prepare candidates for interviews by setting clear expectations and ensuring alignment throughout the process Track pipeline activity and provide regular updates on progress toward hiring goals Support a hiring target of approximately 3–4 hires per month within a fast-paced environment Qualifications 5-6+ years of recruiting experience, including full lifecycle recruiting Proven success sourcing and engaging SDE 2s and 3s Strong passive sourcing skills and experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Ability to effectively evaluate and qualify upper-level candidates Experience in Workplace Health & Safety, operations, or related fields is preferred Comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with a recruiting team Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
