Responsibilities Full commercial responsibility for Finance, Purchasing & Pricing, HR, IT and Customer Support, with seven direct reports and a total team of around 14 employees Translating strategic objectives into clear processes and measurable goals Leading, supporting and actively developing seven direct reportsFurther developing digital processes and systems, with the aim of reducing complexity rather than managing it Commercial steering: knowing the numbers, understanding interdependencies and taking timely action Qualifications Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification Several years of leadership experience in a medium-sized company, ideally in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment with an international focus Fluent German and English, at least C1 level Strong understanding of digital processes and the ability not only to use systems, but to develop them further Strong implementation skills and a pragmatic mindset: you make things happen instead of finding reasons why they cannot work Clear communication, confidence in decision-making and the ability to maintain an overview even in complex situations Genuine interest in developing people, not as an obligation but as part of your leadership approach Enjoyment of change and the resilience that comes with it Benefits Real scope to shape and make things happen in a company that does not fear change, but lives it Direct collaboration with the management team in a family-owned company that truly values short decision paths and open communication A role with real influence on our continued growth, both nationally and internationally #J-18808-Ljbffr
