Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate each patient's mental health status, including their strengths and needs, and develop comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive coordinated and holistic care.

• Provide education and supportive counseling to patients and their families regarding mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management practices.
\n
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, fostering an environment that supports healing and growth.
\n
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team, aligning therapeutic goals with patients' personal objectives and preferences.

• Advocate for patients by helping them navigate the complexities of the mental health system, ensuring their rights and needs are prioritized and addressed.

• Organize and lead therapeutic groups and psychoeducation sessions, in addition to participating in discharge planning meetings to ensure a continuum of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
