Wholesale Account Executive

To support a growing mortgage lending practice, the full-time Wholesale Account Executive will manage a portfolio of clients within a defined territory, focusing on building relationships with Mortgage Third Party Originators (TPOs) and generating consistent loan volume while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Obtain and manage business exclusively within the assigned geographic territory, establishing trust with local brokers and loan officers Build and maintain face-to-face relationships with brokers, serving as the primary contact for inquiries and support Generate new business by signing up broker partners and managing the end-to-end loan application process Required Qualifications Established presence and active Mortgage TPO relationships within the assigned geographic territory Existing book of business of $3-5 million or more per month Minimum production of 6 funded loans per month Experience obtaining business within a defined geographic territory Recent experience in non-Agency mortgage sales
