Als Junior Event Operations Manager | Catering Manager (m/w/d) sind Sie hautnah dabei, wenn wir unvergessliche Erlebnisse bei den Heimspielen des FC Bayern München, Konzerten, NFL-Spielen und vielen weiteren Veranstaltungen schaffen. Stellenbeschreibung Persönliche und operative Gästebetreuung in der Allianz Arena z.B. bei FC Bayern-Heimspielen, Konzerten, NFL & Side Events Koordination und Führung von Festangestellten und Aushilfskräften – von der Einsatzplanung bis zur Motivation des Teams vor Ort. Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe im Catering-Bereich, inklusive Logistik, Aufbau und Servicequalität. Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen , sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung der Veranstaltungen Internationale Einsatzmöglichkeiten bei besonderen Veranstaltungen oder Projekten. Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie, Gastronomie oder im Eventmanagement, z. B.: Hotelfachmann/-frau, Restaurantfachmann/-frau, Fachkraft für Gastronomie (Schwerpunkt Eventgastronomie), Veranstaltungskaufmann/-frau oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Tourismus - und Eventmanagement,Hotel- und Gastronomiemanagement,Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Event / Hospitality Erste Erfahrung in der Event- oder Gastronomiebranche von Vorteil (z.
