management function continues to scaleTravel approximately 35% to support business, supplier, and operational needsBACKGROUND PROFILE12-15+ years of experience across product management, fleet management, capital equipment sourcing, category management, or related disciplinesExperience within equipment rental, industrial equipment, OEM, construction equipment, power generation, HVAC, or a closely related environmentDemonstrated ownership of a product line, equipment category, or business segmentProven track record of improving metrics such as utilization, ROI, lifecycle cost, margin, uptime, or fleet performanceStrong understanding of the construction, industrial, Power/HVAC, or power generation equipment landscapeDeep knowledge of capital equipment lifecycle management from specification and acquisition through maintenance, replacement, and dispositionStrong commercial experience working directly with OEMs and major suppliersExperience developing negotiation strategies and influencing pricing, specifications, rebates, service levels, and supplier performanceProven ability to translate enterprise strategy into executable product and fleet plansStrong analytical capabilities with experience using complex data to support capital, sourcing, and operational decisionsAbility to operate effectively within a complex, matrixed organizationStrong influencing skills with the ability to align stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Finance, Fleet, and Supply ChainExecutive-level communication and presentation capabilitiesDemonstrated success driving organizational change, process improvement, and performance enhancementsExperience leading through both direct and indirect structures and influencing teams without formal authorityAbility and interest to grow into broader formal people leadership as the function expandsBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field requiredMBA or equivalent advanced degree preferredProfessional certifications such as CEM, CEFM, EMS, or CPM are a plus
