Billing Specialist

Description We are seeking a Billing Specialist to provide temporary coverage for a leave of absence. This part-time contract role will support billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing while working closely with the accounting team. The assignment is expected to last approximately 6-8 weeks and averages 20 hours per week . Key Responsibilities Prepare and process customer invoices using AIA billing procedures. Manage billing cycles and ensure invoices are completed accurately and on time. Review billing documentation and resolve discrepancies as needed. Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information required for invoicing. Utilize Sage 100 to manage billing and accounting transactions. Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Prior AIA billing experience required. Experience using Sage 100 preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage deadlines and ensure billing accuracy.
