Requirements 2+ years' experience as a trainer/lead and/or a supervisor for all stations. Makes minimal mistakes and can solve problems in the moment. Required to work full-time. Must have Open Availability. Has extensive knowledge of all Stations- Salad, Sandwich, Wood-Fire Pizza, Casserole Models the way and ensures food quality is met by all team members Able to communicate verbally, Empathetically, and in an articulate manner. Team Player to all. Ensuring all co-workers and team members are included and helped out in a supportive way! Problem Solves Service needs. Cool and calm under pressure. Exemplary in complying with Safety, Attendance, Uniform Policies, ETC. Has integrity and honesty. Leads by example. Results-focused. Self-starting. Must have reliable transportation to work. Must be able to obtain proper uniform, including black non-slip shoes. Must have proof to legally work in the United States Position Summary: The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for ordering products, assisting in maintaining the Kitchen's overall efficiency, and organization of its hourly team to meet the demand of the Restaurant's services.
