Overview Position Summary: We are seeking a qualified Pediatric Provider (Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is caring, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent pediatric care in a supportive clinical environment. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pediatric care including well-child visits, sick visits, and follow-ups Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions Administer and manage immunizations according to guidelines Educate patients and families on growth, development, and preventative care Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EHR Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and administrative team members Follow clinic policies, procedures, and clinical standards Qualifications PA: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program NP: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (Pediatric or Family focus preferred) MD/DO: Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain) BLS and PALS certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience and position Supportive, team-oriented work environment Reasonable patient volume and work-life balance Paid time off and holidays (for eligible positions) CME allowance (for eligible positions) Malpractice coverage Opportunity to grow with a long-standing pediatric practice Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Health Care Provider Industries Hospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr Wilkes Pediatric Clinic
