Our client is an organization in the Waukesha County area looking for an AR Specialist. Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of experience, who is independent, and organized. This company offers flexibility, a collaborative team, and competitive benefits. This position is onsite.
The salary for this position is $29/hr.
The AR Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage recurring safety compliance tasks, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Complete contractor prequalifications and maintain compliance platforms.
- Track teammate training, certifications, licenses, and safety records.
- Coordinate claims, drug testing, DOT filings, and fleet compliance.
- Review fleet telematics and assist with related questions and issues.
- Apply customer payments, research discrepancies, and reconcile accounts.
- Monitor receivables, resolve billing issues, and process lien waivers.
The AR Specialist will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2+ years of safety, HR, compliance, or AR experience.
- Knowledge of FMCSA/DOT requirements.
- Familiarity with contractor compliance platforms.
- Construction billing and collections experience.
- Proficiency with Excel, ERP, and document systems.
