Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with individual adult clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate treatment and support client goals.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and counselors, to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive treatment approach tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and progress tracking tools to monitor client development and adapt treatment plans as required.

• Engage in regular consultation sessions with leadership and partake in peer discussions to share insights and enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Document clinical notes and maintain accurate records using our integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system, enhancing workflow and patient care efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Mindful Momentum, you will work primarily with a diverse adult population, including individuals facing significant mental health challenges and those at elevated risk of suicide. Your role will involve providing culturally responsive care, ensuring all clients receive the support and understanding they need, regardless of their background or the complexities of their situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited program.

• Independently licensed as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist for a minimum of one year.

• Experience in delivering evidence-based therapy to higher-risk and adult populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of recent clinical experience applying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based interventions with adult clients facing various mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with potential bonuses.
