Salary: $77,000 - 117,000 per year Requirements:

Strong Java and Scala development skills, with testing expertise in Cucumber-based frameworks for regression and functional testing
Ability to write safe concurrent code using Scala features and libraries such as Akka or ZIO
Knowledge of JVM memory models, nonblocking data structures, and performance profiling to achieve low latency
Familiarity with integrating Scala with Apache Spark or Flink for large-scale data processing and analysis in settlement workflows
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as Cassandra, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL
Extensive markets domain experience, particularly in post-trade settlement and developing low-latency, high-throughput settlement platforms
Strong attention to detail and a thorough testing mindset
Mandatory skills: Java and Scala

Responsibilities:

Develop and test systems supporting settlement processes
Contribute to real-time trading, order management, market data processing, risk management, and regulatory reporting systems
