We are looking for a dynamic salesperson with natural industry connections and a passion for growth to join our fast-paced construction business. This individual will focus on building and maintaining relationships with contractors, builders, and other industry professionals across Brooklyn and surrounding areas.

This position is best suited for someone who understands the construction landscape, thrives on networking, and is results-driven. You'll play a key role in generating leads, closing sales, and contributing to the long-term success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector
• Build relationships with contractors, builders, and other stakeholders
• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with potential and existing clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Track sales activity and meet/exceed performance goals

Qualifications:

• Sales experience (construction industry preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Self-starter with a proactive, goal-driven mindset
• Familiarity with Brooklyn market is a plus
• Comfortable in a performance-based environment
