Job Opportunity: Direct Support Associate
Our organization is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Direct Support Associate to become a part of our Community & Social Services team. In this position, you will deliver individualized support to clients in both community and residential environments, aiding them with daily living tasks, health management, and social engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Encouraging independence, dignity, and safety for individuals.
- Implementing personalized care plans and documenting relevant observations.
- Collaborating with a diverse team of professionals to enhance service delivery.
