Job Opportunity: Direct Support Associate
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Direct Support Associate to deliver personalized care to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. This position is based on-site and involves assisting clients with their daily activities, facilitating community engagement, and fostering skill development while ensuring their dignity, independence, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Support individuals in their daily living activities.
- Encourage community integration and participation.
- Assist in skill-building initiatives tailored to each individual.
- Adhere to personalized care plans and document services provided.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance care quality.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Experience in providing care for individuals with disabilities is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills.
This role requires on-site presence, engaging directly with clients in a supportive environment.
