Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize virtual platforms to conduct individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring that clients feel comfortable and engaged in the therapeutic process.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans addressing diverse client challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and life transitions.

• Encourage both individuals and family members to cultivate coping strategies and skills that empower them to confront their issues constructively.

• Facilitate discussions that help clients identify and understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, fostering a deeper self-awareness.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client sessions and treatment plans, ensuring adherence to best practices and confidentiality standards.

• Collaborate with other health professionals to provide integrated care that enhances the overall well-being of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers on working with individuals and families who face a variety of mental health challenges. You will be assisting clients dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, loneliness, significant life transitions, and end-of-life planning. Our aim is to provide empathic and evidence-based support that facilitates personal growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Active LMFT license to practice in Oregon.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist, providing direct therapeutic services.

• Proficient in using computers and telehealth applications; experience with video conferencing tools is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
