Quality Lab TechnicianPerform visual quality inspections on seed samplesConduct lab testing (pH, moisture, protein assays, titrations)Complete germination testing (warm & cool)Analyze seed purity and perform accurate seed countsCollect and organize product samplesHigh school diploma or GEDDegree in Agriculture, Plant Science, Natural Science, Chemistry, Biology or Science related field is a plusExperience in quality inspection, lab work, or agriculture preferredExperience with seed testing, farm work, or manufacturing QCBasic knowledge of biology, chemistry, or QC processesStrong attention to detail and accuracyMust provide Passport or Birth Certificate for onboardingStandard: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PMPeak season (Nov–Jan): Day & night shifts available, up to 50 hrs/weekFeb–May: Weekend availability may be requiredFast-paced lab and production environmentThis is a Contract position based out of Lubbock, TX.The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
