Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain trusting and therapeutic relationships with clients, ensuring a safe space for open dialogue.

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, utilizing best practices and evidence-based methodologies tailored to individual client needs.

• Craft personalized treatment plans that account for the unique circumstances of each client, making necessary adjustments based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions, providing individual and group counseling, and facilitating communication and understanding among family members when appropriate.

• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, documenting findings and modifying treatment strategies in collaboration with clients.

• Facilitate referrals to other specialists, when necessary, to provide comprehensive care that addresses the complete spectrum of clients’ emotional and psychological needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role encompasses a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health disorders. As an LMFT, you will assist clients of all ages—adults, children, and families—navigating their unique challenges and promoting healthy interpersonal dynamics. Your commitment to a client-centered approach will empower clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
