Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through secure virtual platforms such as Zoom or Doxy.me, tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

Your clientele will encompass a wide range of individuals and families, each facing their own unique challenges, such as relationship stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and transitioning life phases. By leveraging therapeutic techniques like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, you will guide a culturally and socioeconomically diverse population on their paths toward emotional resilience and stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California, with an active clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This part-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
