Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and crisis interventions to assess client needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health status.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at fostering healthy communication, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution skills among clients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans, coordinating with other healthcare professionals and community resources to enhance client care and support.

• Participate in case conferences and treatment planning meetings to deliver cohesive care and monitor treatment progress.

• Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including treatment notes and statistical reports to track client outcomes.

• Involve in clinical supervision sessions with your Clinical Supervisor on a weekly basis to discuss case management challenges and professional development opportunities.

• Lead educational workshops targeting teens and adolescents, focusing on relevant mental health topics including coping mechanisms, peer relationships, and stress management.

• Engage in ongoing communication with Reentry Social Workers and other institutional programs as needed to ensure proper discharge planning for clients transitioning from other services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting adolescents and their families, guiding them through the complexities of their mental health challenges. By providing evidence-based therapy techniques, you will empower clients to achieve their personal therapeutic goals and foster resilience. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
