We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and uphold the highest standards of patient care. Position Summary The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for the overall clinical management of the nursing department, ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff development. This leadership role is essential in maintaining excellence in clinical outcomes and fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
