Talent Acquisition Specialist
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition professional, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Talent Acquisition
Location: Opelika, AL
Pay Range: $35–$40/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (onsite)
What's the Job?
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs, workforce plans, and recruiting priorities.
- Lead intake meetings and develop effective recruiting strategies to meet staffing goals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
- Build strong candidate pipelines using various sourcing methods such as applicant tracking systems, employee referrals, job boards, social media, and direct sourcing.
- Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with recruiting support staff and hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a high-volume recruiting setting.
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and social media recruiting platforms.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative partnering skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
