Overview Every Good Gift, a job training ministry for young single mothers from generational poverty, is hiring a part-time Development Coordinator (20 hours per week). The role is primarily based in our Glenside, PA office. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with donors through writing, phone calls, and in-person meetings. Plan and coordinate events. Maintain and manage the donor database. Assist in creating donor communications and fundraising materials. Qualifications Mature Christian faith. Development experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in donor database management. Familiarity with Canva. Highly developed organizational skills.
