Associate Accountant

The Associate Accountant, External Reporting is an entry-level accounting role that supports the preparation and filing of external financial reports and SEC filings. This position offers valuable exposure to public company financial reporting, SEC compliance requirements, U.S. GAAP, and financial statement disclosures. Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K. Support the preparation of earnings releases and other external reporting requirements. Collaborate with the External Reporting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Work cross-functionally with Investor Relations, Treasury, Tax, Legal, FP&A, and Corporate Accounting teams. Assist in the preparation and review of financial statement disclosures and supporting documentation. Develop technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills through hands-on participation in the external reporting process. Ideal Candidate Profile Recent accounting graduate or early-career accounting professional. Strong interest in financial reporting, SEC compliance, and technical accounting. Basic understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statements. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a corporate environment.
