About Noto Noto is a digital mental health platform that delivers virtual evidence‑based care for obsessive‑compulsive disorder (OCD) through the NOCD system. The company expands beyond OCD into additional behavioral health specialties. About The Role As a Business Operations Specialist you will support Clinical Operations Managers and Product Managers by owning and driving operational activities that improve performance across our therapist network. Your focus will be on optimizing therapist productivity, member access, and treatment adherence through data analysis, execution, and follow‑through. Responsibilities Identify and act on operational opportunities to improve business performance. Monitor performance trends and coordinate actions that help teams meet key business objectives. Add and standardize operational processes to enable scalability. Build recurring reports, dashboards, and operational summaries to drive decision‑making. Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders (Clinical Operations, Network Growth, Product, Revenue Cycle, etc.) to support initiatives that improve member experience and therapist effectiveness. Track and monitor completion of key activities and interventions, escalating risks and barriers as appropriate. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred). 1‑5 years of experience in business operations, healthcare operations, workforce management, analytics, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to identify trends and drive decisions. Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, Looker, etc.). Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills and a proactive, action‑oriented mindset. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment. Success Characteristics Highly proactive and action‑oriented.
