This leadership role oversees critical Revenue Integrity functions within a technology-enabled healthcare revenue cycle environment. The position drives operational excellence across areas such as charge capture, charge master management, and revenue cycle optimization. Working closely with cross-functional healthcare teams, the role ensures accuracy, compliance, and improved financial performance. The role offers the chance to influence large-scale initiatives while supporting a culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement. \n Accountabilities: The Director, Revenue Integrity will lead initiatives that enhance revenue cycle performance, ensure operational consistency, and support organizational goals through effective strategy execution. Oversee Revenue Integrity operations, including charge edits, charge master processes, and charge capture improvement initiatives. Partner with key revenue cycle teams, including coding, billing, patient access, health information management, and patient financial services, to improve workflows and outcomes. Act as a subject matter expert for healthcare clients and internal leadership on revenue integrity practices and acute care revenue cycle operations. Develop and execute short-term and long-term strategies, goals, and improvement plans aligned with business objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop teams while promoting collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Create and implement reporting tools, scorecards, and analytics to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities. Develop training materials, presentations, and documentation to improve understanding of revenue cycle processes across internal and external teams. Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and industry standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: The successful candidate will bring extensive healthcare revenue cycle expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex operational initiatives in a dynamic environment. Proven experience in revenue integrity, revenue cycle management, healthcare finance, or a related field. Strong understanding of hospital revenue cycle operations, including charge capture, coding, billing, and compliance processes. Experience leading teams, managing cross-functional initiatives, and influencing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels. Ability to analyze operational data, develop performance metrics, and translate insights into actionable improvements. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong project management, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. Experience working with healthcare systems, hospitals, or physician group environments is preferred. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive innovation through technology and process optimization.
