Join our dynamic team at Allstate Insurance Agency - Legacy West Insurance, as a Licensed Sales Professional! In this exciting role, you will help clients protect what matters most while building lasting relationships in the Everett, WA community. Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain policy options and benefits.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure timely follow-ups on quotes and inquiries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients.
- Participate in community events to promote the agency and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Valid insurance license in property and casualty insurance.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
