Administrative Assistant 3 Details:
- Temporary position
- $ 22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
Administrative Assistant 3 Responsibilities:
Manage front desk personnel and activities
Strong focus on customer service both external and internal
Multi-tasking, organizational support
Adaptability to change
Communication skills: written and verbal
Ability to work in a team environment
Greet/direct guests and answer/transfer incoming phone calls
Ethical, trustworthy, able to handle confidential information
Dependability
Quality of work, providing necessary skill sets for administrative functions
Friendly, outgoing, and positive demeanor
Any other duties as assigned
Administrative Assistant 3 Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Two years' experience in administrative duties or reception work
Typing, and computer skills and knowledge
Demonstrated successful experience in customer service
Preferred Qualifications:
2 year degree in business or related field of study
Knowledge of hay export/agricultural industry
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
1-2 years supervisory experience
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
