Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $35 - $35 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Data Entry Clerk:

• Prepares and reviews journal entries

• Analyzes financial records

• Ensures accurate account classifications

• Supports accruals and reconciliations

• Recommends process improvements

• Coordinates with teams, and performs ad hoc analysis

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Strong typing skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity with data entry software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Good organizational skills and time management

• Prior experience in data entry or related field is preferred but not required

• Background check and drug test required
