Join Our Team as a Server at Our Family-Owned Café!
Are you passionate about hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences? We’re looking for a dedicated and polished Server to join our small, family-grown café that has been serving the community for 10 wonderful years. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering refined, detail-driven service, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll DoAs a Server at our café, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests.
- Anticipating guest needs with precision and delivering a polished dining experience.
- Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining impeccable composure.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth service and memorable moments for every guest.
- Upholding our café’s high standards of hospitality and attention to detail.
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a boutique, detail-oriented approach.
- The ability to stay composed and professional under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to contribute to a positive work environment.
