** Turner Family Law ** is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling Florida family law matters and be capable of managing cases from inception through final hearing or trial.

** Responsibilities **

• Draft pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, discovery requests, and proposed orders.
• Prepare and organize mandatory disclosure and financial documents.
• Assist attorneys with case management, trial preparation, and hearing preparation.
• Maintain case calendars and monitor court deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, judicial assistants, and court personnel.
• Review and summarize financial records, bank statements, tax returns, and other evidence.
• Coordinate mediations, hearings, depositions, and consultations.
• Utilize Florida e-Filing Portal and court systems.
• Maintain accurate case files and billing records.

** Qualifications **

• Minimum of 3 years of Florida family law paralegal experience .
• Strong knowledge of Florida family law procedures and court rules.
• Experience with divorce, paternity, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, and post-judgment matters.
• Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software.
• Experience preparing financial affidavits and analyzing financial records is strongly preferred.
