Supporting real-time operations, the full-time Patient Engagement Coordinator will provide guidance and support to frontline staff, ensuring high-quality patient experiences while working remotely from Philadelphia, PA. Key responsibilities Provide daily guidance and real-time support to frontline staff to meet service level and quality standards Serve as the first line of escalation for agent and patient issues, researching and resolving concerns as necessary Prepare operational reports and serve as a subject matter expert for PEC systems and workflows Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED (Required) 3+ years of experience in a Healthcare Contact Center environment with demonstrated leadership or coordination experience Bachelor's Degree preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
