OB/GYN Physician | Partnership Track | Marquette, Michigan

Join a physician-owned OB/GYN practice that has served Michigan's Upper Peninsula since 1975. This succession opportunity offers the chance to join four established physician-partners with a clear pathway to partnership, advanced surgical technology, and a balanced OB/GYN practice.

Position Highlights

• Approximately 50% obstetrics and 50% gynecology
• Exclusive affiliation with UP Health System Marquette, home to the region's only NICU
• On-site Maternal-Fetal Medicine support through the University of Michigan
• Opportunity to develop subspecialty interests including menopause medicine, pelvic pain, or infertility evaluation
• Da Vinci robotic surgery, laparoscopic, and hysteroscopic capabilities
• Perform own C-sections and ultrasounds
• In-office procedures including IUDs, colposcopies, LEEPs, biopsies, and hysteroscopies
• Fertility services including IUI, ultrasound monitoring, and medication management

Schedule

• Office hours Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, and Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
• Two designated OR days per month, including one robotic surgery day
• Approximately 22-25 patients per clinic day once established
• 1:5 call rotation
• Post-call day off following each 24-hour call shift

Compensation & Benefits

• Partner compensation ranging from 350,000-420,000+
• Partnership typically offered after two years with a modest buy-in

Teaching Opportunities

• Work alongside Family Medicine residents through the Michigan State University program
