Position Highlights:

• Job Type: Adult Physical Therapist
• Location: Mesa Fitness
• Schedule:  Four-Day work week

• Low caseload limits: See a maximum of 12 patients per day .

•   Dedicated 1:1 time: Provide quality care with full 45-minute treatment sessions .

•   Built-in documentation: Complete your charting during included, paid schedule blocks —no taking work home.

•   PT-only clinic: Work in an environment without PTAs , allowing for pure therapist-to-patient care.

•   True continuity of care: Retain total autonomy to treat your own patients from evaluation to discharge.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and directs patient care services to patients of all ages to ensure that patient needs are met. Services include patient evaluation/ assessment, establishing and implementing a plan of care, assessing effectiveness of, and modifying treatment to ensure goal achievement, and educating patients/caregivers.
• Demonstrates the ability to apply therapeutic principles and practices based on current evidence and knowledge, appropriate clinical judgment, and patient preference.
• Produces quality documentation in a timely manner to support provision of care, according to current standards that are based on professional association and regulatory guidelines.
• Demonstrates an understanding of treatment costs and financial support as they relate to quality and efficiency, including budgeting, staffing, billing/coding, and procedural planning tasks.
• Submits appropriate, accurate, and timely billing and coding information for services rendered.
• Educates others (patients, caregivers, staff, students, other health care providers, business and industry representatives, Community Health Partners) using relevant and effective teaching methods.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program, Doctorate’s degree, preferred.
• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the State of Colorado (required)
• BLS Certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)

Compensation:

• The anticipated compensation range for this position as a Physical Therapist I is $43.00 - $49.45 per hour, commensurate with qualifications, education, experience, and other applicable factors.
• The anticipated compensation range for this position as a Physical Therapist II is $47.00 - $54.05 per hour, commensurate with qualifications, education, experience, and other applicable factors.
• This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
• Additional compensation may be available in the form of discretionary incentive or other compensation programs. Any such additional compensation is not guaranteed and is determined at the sole discretion of the organization based on applicable program terms, individual and/or organizational performance, and other eligibility requirements.

Additional Information:

• Relocation: Must relocate to Grand Junction, CO 81505 after starting work.
• Work Location: In-person/onsite
