Human Resources Associate

Sagent Management is a growing and dynamic accounting and tax firm headquartered in Silicon Valley that offers accounting, tax, and management consulting services to publicly- traded companies, privately-held businesses, and high-net-worth individuals. Position Description The Human Resource Associate directly interacts with clients and firm management, having responsibilities for our clients' HR and payroll requests. Responsibilities Process payroll and retirement contributions per client's payroll cycle Respond and advise clients regarding payroll, retirement, and health insurance Respond and address taxing authority notices relating to HR and payroll Advise and implement HR policies (e.g., payroll, health insurance, retirement) for new clients Draft agreements (e.g., offer letters) and correspondence for clients Coordinate information and reporting with firm team members Qualifications Ability to manage multiple projects in a growing and fast-paced environment Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills Ability to work independently Principals only.
