Strategic Business Analyst

Support and coordinate the annual strategic planning process, including planning sessions and cross-functional initiatives. Partner with senior leadership to translate long-term business objectives into actionable strategies. Analyze financial, operational, market, and industry data to support strategic decision-making and business growth. Develop financial models, reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations. Monitor strategic initiatives and key performance indicators, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and ad hoc financial analyses to support business initiatives. Present complex information and insights to senior leadership and other key stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or another related field. 4+ years of experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, consulting, or a related area. Experience within financial services or a similar regulated industry is preferred. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with data visualization and reporting tools is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience working directly with senior leadership.
