Residential Maintenance Technician - On-Call & Make-Ready

Asset Living

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across our communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, and assist with make-ready processes to meet operational objectives. Daily duties include responding to resident requests, maintaining safety standards, keeping records, assisting in on-call emergencies, and upholding EPA/OSHA guidelines while contributing to a well-kept, safe living #J-18808-Ljbffr Asset Living
