About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Pricing Officer to take on a pivotal role in shaping the organization's strategic direction. The successful candidate will be the primary authority on pricing frameworks, tools, assumptions, and governance, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach across the business. This leadership position demands a professional with a Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a minimum of 10 years' actuarial experience, with a specific emphasis on pricing and valuation. The Chief Pricing Officer will be responsible for the development and maintenance of pricing models, as well as for providing expert guidance on pricing strategies. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as is a background in any of the specified lines of business, including retail life and annuity products, pension risk transfer, financial reinsurance, group life and long-term disability, or long-term care. The ideal candidate for the Chief Pricing Officer role at the company will have a proven track record in a similar capacity, with the ability to lead and manage a team.
