Manager, Strategy (US & Canada)

Manager, Strategy US/Canada Lead strategic initiatives that support commercial growth and business performance across the US and Canada region. Responsibilities Conduct competitor overviews and provide strategic recommendations. Analyze whitespace opportunities and develop new processes or ways of working. Support US‑Canada leadership in weekly discussions, monthly business performance reviews, bi‑annual workshops, and 3‑year strategic planning. Lead task forces, plan workshops and brainstorming sessions, and serve as an ongoing advisor to commercial partners, especially Wholesale and Retail leaders. Distill critical business insights and prioritize initiatives to focus energy and efforts. Collaborate with the Marketplace & Consumer Insights team to track and share updates on consumer segments, competitors, and trends. Manage the US‑Canada strategy cohort weekly meetings. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field. Proven ability to deliver data‑driven recommendations in a dynamic retail environment. Experience working with leaders and business partners within a matrixed organization. Analytical and insightful work product, concise and organized communication. Strong judgment to identify critical priorities and a willingness to “figure it out” when the path is unclear. Comfortable speaking up, sharing perspective, and asking clarifying questions to achieve clarity. Passion for retail, apparel, and Levi’s cultural impact in America. Compensation & Benefits Expected starting salary: $112,500 - $165,000 per year (depending on location, education, qualifications, performance). Work Environment This is a hybrid position based in the San Francisco, CA headquarters. Expect to be in the office 3 days per week, typically Tuesday‑Thursday, but office presence may vary with business needs.
